What is the Refund Policy?

We are partnered with another printing company. If the Print product is received with any problems including blurry, decolored, or distorted, a new Print can be requested by sending us an email.

Can I change my Shipping Address?

Once the order is processed we try to ship the product as soon as possible; hence, if the customer would like to change their shipping address they must reach us via the contact information included in the contact page as soon as possible. If the order is already completed and shipped to the customer, we cannot issue a refund or resend the product.

International Orders

Currently, we only sell products within United States. However, if an international customer is interested in buying a product, they may reach us by using the contact information found in our contact page.
